You know those liberal, progressive, moveon.org supporting, NPR listening, hummus eating, organic local produce buying, Planned Parenthood-volunteering, birth control-popping, feminist anti-Americans Fox News warned you about? I’m one of them.

Day 04: Which relationship is your favorite and why? (Or something like that)
This was a hard one. There are so many great relationships on Doctor Who, because all of the characters are so well written and just so real. I thought about all of the possible choices… Rose/Doctor (obviously. cry me a river over and over.), Donna/Ten, Doctor/TARDIS (especially after The Doctor’s Wife), and the list just goes on and on. I settled on Amy and Rory. I think that Chameleon Circuit’s song Mr. Pond from their new CD Still Got Legs probably influenced my decision, but I feel like I’ve grown to love Amy and Rory so much since the beginning of the fifth season.
At first, I was worried that we would have another Mickey on our hands, but Rory is a character all his own. He is brave and he can heal things, and he loves Amy completely. Big Bang Two really settled it for me. Rory guarded Amy for 2,000 years. How can you choose anything else?
I think I’ll go with this quote to sum it up:
Rory: She can always hear me, Doctor, always, wherever she is. And she always knows that I am coming for her. Do you understand me? Always.
